Three good things?

What three good things are you grateful for today? I'll start us off...

Today, I am grateful for

  1. My collection of cookbooks: If we don't want, we shouldn't have to eat the same thing twice for a very long while.
  2. Having my most important people here at home (or very nearby).
  3. Woolen, fingerless gloves-- they make it easier to keep working in my very chilly home office space.

1. I am grateful for the opportunity to work from home, which allows me to see my 7 month olds milestones.

2. I am grateful for my 10 year old, without her I could not work from home, what a great help she is.

3. I am grateful for the blessing in disguise of  slowing things down to enjoy the simple things in life.

I am greatly grateful for:

  • God, as He has provided all the things I need during this time
  • the health of my family during this surreal time
  • the opportunity to work from home.... blessing in disguise of actually spending quality time with my son & husband. I have greatly enjoyed seeing my son learn and navigate through 5th grade via Distance Learning - he is truly a trooper!

1. Being able to add to Open Source (thank you to the team for doing their magic).

2. Having the time to read a book!

3. A parent genuinely thanking me this morning for the "rapper-snapper" I dropped of at their house this week.

Glad we could get you in here, Kerry! What is a rapper-snapper?
